I reseted my talents and used almost all my passive points. I logged out and when I went back online, I had all my old talents and no more passive points to reset it again

I'm level 30 and in act 2. Reset my stats now the game keeps crashing. Sometimes right away as soon as I set all my stats again, and sometimes it crashes after like 15 minutes. Submitted numerous crash reports.
Tried creating a new character... now all I do is crash.. can't even get past the beginning area.
