The spell Tear of Etheliel which has the tag "Projectile" should have 2 large ice spells falling but does not.

I do think that the damage of the spell was reduced(I don't have the points to reset to test), but there is not a second drop of ice to make up for it.

This second projectile and damage reduction should come from the Passive Archion's Teachings in the Ranger section.
