As the title says I'm running into Teleporting & Waypoint use issues when in-game.

Upon creating a game, successfully logging in and loading up in Stormfall, I am able to use the waypoint to teleport out of Stormfall to every other waypoint in act 1. After this point a couple things can happen:

1) I have a 1/10 chance of actually using the waypoint successfully to travel back to Stormfall but most of the time i have some "screen skipping" issues . The Teleport function doesn't work at all here (all locations).

2) After creating the game if I run out of town WITHOUT using the waypoint to travel, I am able to successfully use the next waypoint to travel back to Stormfall (no where else though) then back to the area once. The second time around I get "screen skipping" and I cannot travel back to Stormfall by Waypoint or Teleporting.

3) Interesting to note in the last area of act 1 where you fight Edric: If I fall off the edge, while falling I was able to successfully teleport back to Stormfall everytime without the "screen skipping". While standing in oblivion i was able to teleport to stormfall everytime.

"Screen Skipping" = the screen goes black, the minimap changes to the proper location for a split second, audio comes through and then i appear back at the same spot I was teleporting from.
