The should have call this game : Wolcen The Lords of Bugs!!!

I have the same problem. This bug is game breaking cant go any further. I tried waiting for the dialogue to finish before moving down the steps, I tried rushing down the steps to the door, I reloaded the game many times hoping that would fix it and nothing seems to be working. Kind of a waste of 40 bucks and im way past the 2 hour refund on steam. This was a bug 10 months ago and still is now.

Go to the wolcen discord channel and ask a support person (e.g. Yuzu) to help you.They can lead you thru the bug.
It worked for me and my brother who was also stuck at the same point in the game.
He helped us immediatly, appreciate his help a lot.

wel i must admid they helped me get passed the quest some person called"YUZU" helped me so if you need help to get passed it i recomment you contact the person on discord its not that hard ty for the help btw

What was the fix? I notice i'm not getting the Vault of Hope waypoint either, every restart i have to go get it again, it does not seem to be sticking.. I'm really, really hoping i don't have to set up a Discord account just to get past this. Thanks! and great fun so far!
