Same for me. I have purchased FOUR copies of your game. My 4 children play this in a group together. They have encountered several "can't progress" bugs and I've seen the same bugs reported on the internet that you have apparently not fixed. Each time it happens, they have to start a new character and progress through all the quests to get back to the glitchy area so the other characters can then join and keep playing. Now they have reached the Vault of Hope and the door will not open. They went all the way through the quests with a new character just to get through that door and it still doesn't open. You've known about this GAME BREAKING BUG for quite some time and still haven't fixed it. Shameful. So either fix the glitch (edit our characters? get us past that chapter? send an update?) or refund me the FOUR copies of this game that I have purchased, as the game is impossible to play further.
