while hovering a negative buff , the tooltip stays on screen when the timer runs off . you have to get that buff again and hover it for a second . when the timer runs off th tooltip is gone

and on top of this bug, I also noticed (at least on my game) that as long as the bugged tooltip is active, you can no longer see any other buffs on your character (both positive or negative)
very annoying...
