Toxic eminations passive node that applies poison stacks to enemies close to your character, this node has stoped working, and i cannot get it to apply any stacks after i relogged the game

I can confirm this. Every time I get to a boss fight and click "Launch Event" it stops working, even after the boss fight is over. I have to restart the game and then it is working again until the next boss fight.
