I couldnt finish a treasure map because a boss weren't physically there. It showed on the map as the red skull icon, but I was unable to locate it anywhere on the map. I have a screenshot too, though i dont know how to upload it here.

I have seen bosses spawn behind book cases that summons couldn't hit but I could being a mage. I have also had to kill some bosses that fell off the path on the map and luckily I was able to reach with the aether beam (just barely). Very annoying.
