Unable to hit Cave Noxious Swarming mobs and also map locations/entrances disappear. I have attached a youtube video to show what I mean.

When you tab to open minimap, usually the green stairs show where you've found and entrance or shrines. If you teleport back to town and then back to same spot those entrances and shrine locations disappear. This also happens with quest circles. First image is what minimap looks like, 2nd is after teleporting to and from town.

Hello,

I just wanted to say I myself have ran in to the issue with the bats from cave in ACT 1. Only work around was to use an ability in the direction that they where in to attack them. But If I had no rage there was nothing I could to to hit them , just wont give the option to attack. This was in offline mode since the online mode is not working right now due to your sever issues I'm guessing.
