My character does about 50/50 rend/toxic damage in melee. In detailed stats, it shows that my attacks have a 46% chance to proc poison but nothing in regards to bleed. I have immortal offering and can confirm that it is not just a display bug, as I don't get any bleed stacks for damage. If I go further down into my detailed stats, it also shows I have a similar chance to proc bleed normally, but my attacks do not.

I also checked the tree for anything preventing bleed and couldn't find anything. I've also searched for others with this issue and have no found any.
