Hi,
Anyone noticed that this passive doesn't spawn globes? I logged in after not having played in a couple months and forgot why i was using material damage on all my gear.... then noticed I never saw any green orbs dropping and it clicked.
Maybe busted in the last patch?

I've noticed the same thing. I only see 1 green orb spawn maybe every 2-3 zones.
Edit: Figured out the issue. It's because I'm a summoner and kills by my summons don't spawn the orbs!

yes indeed. they spawn only if "you" kill the enemies by yourself. Enemies killed by summons doesn't trigger this. Seems to be by design - however, yet again another tooltip issue. As they "highly reworked" Summoners in 1.1.4.x - besides the damage, there isnt that much really going on. Additionally really bad documentation.
