Are you saying you have the achievement for finding a Unique when you actually haven't found one in-game?

Or are you wondering if your game is broken because you haven't found one by level 30? If so then all I can say is it's just random. I have found a couple on my offline characters so it's not something broken with the offline game mode.

I don't find it unreasonable to expect several unique weapons 1/3 of the of the to level cap.

This game relies heavily on dopamine, the lack of it generally reduces excitement of playing greatly. Besides, not like you're going to get BiS at level 30.

Hey I was playing offline and got my first legendary when i was farming to get some items in act 2, right before lambach or whatever her name was.
