My Wailing Arrows each hit is at least 1000 damage, even if it doesn't crit, but the rune that says damage multiplier per enemy in skill area of effect, actually DECREASES my damage, even with crits and a mob count of 10, I couldn't go above 1k, highest crit i saw was about 700-800. This is clearly bugged, and if not, an absolutely worthless skill.
