The second level of Vault Hope waypoint lets me to go to the Stormfall, but when I try to return to the Vault of Hope through the waypoint it's only
shown as revealed area without any waypoint accessible. Through a bit of research I see that this bug has persisted at least several months until now,
hopefully you find a way to fix this bug.
