Which Time Cannot Heal passive doesn't add critical damage
The description for this spell reads: "When you hit enemies afflicted with Stasis, they take 100% of the Hit Damage again after a 1.5 second delay".
I have also tested this after taking the Primordial Insights passive to see if that might unlock the critical damage but it did not. If applying critical hit damage twice is perhaps too powerful a buff from taking a single node on the skill tree, unlocking that ability by having Primordial Insights chosen could perhaps be a more balanced approach.
Actual Behaviour
Unfortunately critical damage is being ignored - so a critical hit will cause the hit damage to occur after 1.5 seconds but for normal damage.
This makes stacking critical chance for builds wanting to capitalize off the added damage much less effective. Stasis stacks do not deal damage per stack (unlike damaging elemental or ailment stacks) so this is currently one of the only ways to create a Stasis/Curse affix build that has a high damage output.
Expected Behaviour
The full hit critical damage is added (+20% from Deferential Wounds passive if this is also chosen), from both spell or attack criticals.
