Why isn't this fixed yet? A friend making a game unknowingly caused me to skip from Act 1 to the end of Act 3 like a week after release, essentially ruining my character. I've checked back in once a week or so since then to find HUNDREDS of posts/complaints about the same issue and it still hasn't been addressed. This can't be how it's intended to work - something like joining a game with someone else is a frequent occurrence, and it seems absurd that you'd be so strongly penalized for it if you just so happen to be unaware of this mechanic. I bought early access and have played every iteration of the game, and I've loved it, but this one little thing took the wind out of my sails entirely right after launch. I've played through all of the previous versions so many times, and Act 1 in the beta so many times.. then just as I'm about to enter Act 2 for the first time (literally on the last boss quest), my character ends up in an area I can't even touch. Please, please fix this. I want to play your game, but I don't want to keep starting over AGAIN and AGAIN. I know what you're thinking.. if I've started over so many times, what's one more? I guess I'm being stubborn, but it's on principle.
