When trying to solve an issue I had with how much willpower I spent as a spellcaster, I was trying to get a good control of my transfer time reduction between willpower and rage, as well as resource & willpower regeneration stats. But when I equipped my sapphire ring that had an amethyst in a level 2 suppport socket, the willpower regeneration stat remained the same value. Is this the base stat or the expected stat?
