during the Yudai fight, twice I was ported out of the actual arena area and couldn't re-enter, i was able to still attack him the second time, but after killing him I was literally stuck outside the wall and couldn't complete the quest so I had to redo the whole fight.

Same thing happened to me, although he went off screen and I was not able to attack him. Still needed to exit the game and start the fight over though.
