when I got to the cliff with the scout on it I cleared my way to him but the other NPC characters did not visibly follow me also when I got to the scout the NPCs chat bubbles were there and the dialog sounded off but they were not visibly there.

Thank you for letting us know, we've seen this issue in our early test but it appeared somehow random. We'll work on a fix :)
