We're always investigating reports regarding stability or performance issues encountered with Wolcen. In order to help us identify the issues and find solutions, please follow these steps:

DxDiag generation:

• Go to Start > Run or ⊞ Windows Key + R.
• On the Run prompt, type "dxdiag" then click OK.
• On the DirectX Diagnostic Tool window, click on Save All Information.
• Browse to a folder, type in a filename then click Save. Make sure that the filename you choose can easily be remembered and accessible.

• Go to https://wolcengame.com/support/
• Fill the webform with your information, including your wolcentag and the details of the issue encountered, then attach the DxDiag file.
