Several hours (12+ for me, even more for other players on this forum and steam) later, no reply, no fix, no nothing. Switching servers does not work, blackscreen all the way. At least a "we're working on it" would be really nice.

This affects my brand new and pre Act 2 characters. My Lvl 30 can still progress as normal.
