Hey All,

I just purchased Wolcen with the new 2020 launch, which loots like a great replacement for my dialbo 3 addiction. All that said I've yet to run the game for longer than 2min. The game launches and will standby on the character select screen for as long as I wish, no crash no black screen. Upon entering into the game with a newly created character the game launches through cutscene A then into Cutscene B but then black screens. THe game fully loads but is black excluding the UI. Character models seemed to have loaded, and voice lines and audio are correct.

Upon the second launch I skip the cutscenes and go straight into the game. Everything looks fine, I start a stopwatch just for curiosity. 2:00 min black screen. No change, UI is up and I am able to interact with the environment underneath the Black Veil. None-the-less, the game is unplayable, not a great first impression.

Attempted solutions: 1. Run as administrator 2. Run in windows 7 compatibility mode 3. Run in windowed only mode 4. Run in Borderless window mode. 5. All settings low or off with minimal resolution.

All of the above attempts resulted in apx. 2 mins of gameplay then black screen. no luck. Within all these tests there were no no crash logs reported. Reviewing the Event Viewer on windows, there is no error of event recorded.

Just as an extra measure I went through and deconstructed and reconstructed my PC, cleaning out dust and ensuring strong connections (I needed it cleaned anyway)

GPU: ASUS ROG STRIX GTX 1080 Ti (Driver v: 442.19 {Current as of post})
Ram: Kingston 16GB DDR4 (4x4GB)
Monitor: ASUS ROG PG278Q
OS: Windows 10 Version 10.0.18363 Build 18363

If anyone has any advise on how to approach correcting this issue, I am open ears. Or if anything I need this to get to the DEVs so they can start investigating, I'm happy to help in any way I can. This game looks great, and I feel like I'm missing out, minus the server bloat that's happening at launch.
