When i try to start an online game, i always get a blackscreen after little window with "creating new game". I see my mouse cursor and i can move him, but no game starts. I checked files on steam, tried to reinstall, shut windows defender and firewall down, nothing helped. Offline mode starts without any problems. Does anyone has any solution for me? Thx

I'm experiencing the same issue, after I click "Play" (to actually start the game, after selecting my character), it creates the game fine and does the loading screen as usual. Once the loading screen is over it plops a black screen an nothing happens. I tried every solution I could find only from lowering the graphics to uninstalling the game and re-installing my graphics drivers, to no avail. As OP here, creating a game in Offline mode works just fine. This wasn't happening when I played on release day, it has been happening since the the patch on February 16.

Same issue for me. After login and "finally" can begin online. I try to create a game and screen goes black and mouse cursor is only visible.
