Error

Your game could not be created, please try again later.

I have restarted Steam and the game with no success.
I have changed regions/servers without success.

I was able to create a brand new character and get into the game.
My friends were able to get into the game without issue.

Is there an underlining cause to this error? It is a wide spread issue but doesn't affect all players. It doesn't seem to be a PC or client issue since creating a level 1 character let's me in the game.

Does anyone have a fix?
