Im Having the same problem. Yesterday i played almost whole day and it was fine . Now the game either crashes on Checking game version screen or just freezes . I tried uninstalling game and installing fresh one but it didnt help,

Tried reinstalling/verifying game files/relogging steam account

same here , i played 2hours after server came back yesterday then my lv 66 got killed and respawnt in town with no bodymodel ( only the weapon)
i restarted the game and got stuck in "checking game version" since
. please fix ! i can only enter the game via steam offline mode but then im unable to switch to online or play online

Same problem here, tried anything form reinstalling to change Computers.... I guess it's serverbased.

Waiting impatiently for a fix.
