same here , i played then got killed with my lvl 66 after i had no body model in town i restarted the game and got stuck in checking game version. it completly freeze. i can only play and start the game if i use the steam offline mode. please fix

Definitely a Server issue. Found a solution for starting the game.

Step 1) Disable Internet
Step 2) Start Wolcen.exe from SteamLibrary\steamapps\common\Wolcen\win_x64.
Step 3) While the game wants to connect, press "ESC" and go to Settings
Step 4) Go to Tab "Network Settings"
Step 5) Activate "Start the game in Offline Mode"
Step 6) Restart the Game
Step 7) Activate Internet

You are able to start the game now as normal.

But when you "Switch to Online Mode" -> Checking Game Version - Game Crash.

Same issue, started 7 hours ago.

So we can only play offline right now again? I played yesterday and everything was fine started today in the morning and cant start the game again. When will it be fixed again? It seems like im not the only one with this issue.

This is stupid . game crashes every time i open it.
DAY after DAY i can't even play.
This is pathetic.

I said nothing for the last 4 days, i've been patient but it becomes boring now, do something or just lose a customer. I played 3 hours in 3 days, crashed then this bug happened, since i can't play anymore.

Tested everything so far. Devices, different Providers and Internet Connections, VPNS etc.

I guess the problem is something with some players server data. Some bug or crash destroyed some data from our profiles.
And now when these players want to log in, the server crash every time. But only for a few players who have a bugged database/cloud.

The bigger problem is.. how long it will take until they fix the databases from "only" a few players.

Maybe we have to contact the Support individual and tell them to check the database or ask for re rollback. But with all the issuses at the moment. The priority is clear focused on stable servers for all the other players.

I will test with a second, fresh Account now to be clear. But i think that will be work fine.

Did you guys try out the transmute in the forge ? apparently it could be the cause.
