I'm in Texas, connected presumably to AWS-hosted game servers in Ohio. Ping reported through the game client is ~70ms, other tests are generally in that vicinity with some deviations (most lower). However, after the long 2+ minute load time, it's completely unplayable from the moment you spawn in. Just trying to activate a waypoint or sell takes 15+ seconds to respond. Is this consistent with everyone else's challenges or is it just me? I see people saying level 50+ in online play...
