In 90% of the time i didnt find other player to play together. In 10% where i find a guy (only one for this two times) the connection to him disconnect after he open a expedition portal. Thought i can play together with others in a way like Diablo 3 but its not work. I am a fan of wolcen because of the strong similarity to diablo 3 but i will share my experience with others like Diablo 3 or Path of Exile. A global chat with other online guys will be helpfull too.
