Crashes End Game mode

Trying to enter the portal to reach 3third dungeon part the game crashes or freezes .
Sometimes portal to the third dungeon part do not spawn
When portal to the third dungeon level do not appear after killing boss and i try return the main menu - game crashes too
For now its impossible to play End Game !

Whats the point to play end game without any chance to level up ur rifts ? i'm stack at 46lvl rift and cant go higher because we need complete 3 parts of the dungeon but the third part is a crash or portal do the third part is not spawn !

portal is not spawning when u died in previous expedition 3 times, its a bug, yeah

crash crash crash crash EVERY TIME
can you fix your game plz? 9 crashes in less than 4H of "game", no answer since 1 week from my mail to support,..

i can allow some bugs, i can allow 1 crash time to time, i can allow you have tons of problems to resolve and cant answer customers immediatly, but plz can you do something which is massively reported, and gamebreaker? i lost many map modificators (but not a big deal) but i want TO SIMPLY PLAY, even with some bugs i m ok, still now it s LOTS of bugs (gate issues like immortal offering, skills issues like Phantom blade, and many many others) PLUS LOTS OF CRASHES....

EDIT: ok i just checked the forum and seems staff just simply ignore the forum since no answer from them since Bloodtrail launch... communication is key to an healthy community guys...
