I get this error often and its very frustrating. I can't seem to replicate it, it seems to happen randomly no matter what is going on in game.

My Rig:
GeForce GTX 980 TI
Driver Version 436.30
i7-5820K @ 3.30 Ghz
32 GB ram
1920x1080, 60hz monitor.

Using V-Sync, most options on medium. Please let me know if any other details are needed. I can't seem to find anything that will help fix this.
