i rarely post anything in forum but this time i really feel very bad about this game.
I have been playing it for 136 hours+. but i really upset about the disconnection. during the dungeon when i almost finish the dungeon then i got disconnect/crash and i have to restart everything again........
1/ i always connect to Singapore server which i have 3x to 4x ms but usually it will be around 39 and 40. But there are a lot of time when i connect to Mumbai?!! What?!! i do not know why and how. In addition, i often got disconnect even when i was in Singapore server or Mumbai.

2/At first i thought i got disconnect/crash because i have set my spec to maximum [high graphic]. even i am running the game in lowest spec but i still got disconnect.!!!!

3/even when i was in middle of a fight[during dungeon] sometimes i got lagging and suddenly my char dropped down to some weird place. so i had to return to main menu..

if i can have a choice i would like to ask for a refund but i know it will be impossible because of 136hours. but please help me fix the disconnect/crash.

ps: when i got crash, there is a pop up box which ask me to report.. blah blah. i did a lot of times already. i did send email before but non response.

i am looking forward to seeing the reply.
