Got dual monitor setup. All controls on primary screen (1680x1050). Trying to launch game on secondary screen, FullHD. Here some issues:
1. In resolution dialog no options above 1680x1050.
2. After restart game launches on primary screen even if it was closed on secondary.
Is there any solution for that problem? I'm just wanna play in FullHD.

I suppose the primary screen is laptop. If it has Intel graphics then go to its settings and set the full HD screen as primary (It cannot be done from windows settings screen management)

We do need a option to choose which monitor the game should use.
Many people use laptop with secondary monitor. Some have a TV like me.
