there is a fix for this, just dig throught like the first 10 pages of the forum.

I vaguely remember it, change performance in settings.

But post was more detailed.

Same issue here, crash at the tutorial every time with Cry engine error "DXGI error Device Hung".
I never had this issue in a game

I have 2080ti, 8700k, with 32gb....
my fix was reseting the graphic card to normal settings .. no overclocking and no undervolting... and that worked !
Maybe try the power management thing to highest power output and try to start the game wit command in steam -dx11
maybe this will help you guys !!
i didnt try this trdlevel thing because what i understand and read about it.. alot of user got crashes from that.
