Hello! I was having huge fps drops when quickly moving my mouse making the game unplayable. But changing my mouse polling rate from 500Hz to 125Hz, drastically improved fps and I'm having no more fps issues related to mouse movement. I used Asus Armoury software for changing this setting for my Asus Gladius mouse. For other models/brands, just google it. Hope this workaround works for you people that are having the same issues!
