Randomly the game fps spikes between 20-30 fps. You have to restart it to become stable again. Currently playing on a rtx2080 ti, i7 7700k, 32gb @3200mgz and SSD. All drivers up to date

I'm the same, before the update I was between 70-90 FPS almost always.
Now I get like 50 in town, and drops to 30ish in some maps....
