Hi,
I've delete game files and re-installed several times because steam crash's when I try to uninstall via steam. When download is complete game stays on this Installing state.
Can someone provide me with any assistance please?

thats a steam issue not a game issue

Steam have this type of problems for all games... for example for game of 20GB i download first 13 and i pause download... then i view netflix or other and re-start download... BUT download start from zero.... not from 13GB... and this type of Steam problems is VERY... it make me furious.... :)
