Hi, I'm playing from Korea also - I think all the Asia/Pacific servers have issues.

I manually chose the N.California server within my network settings and I'm able to create a game.

Of course my latency is now at 130ms versus 8-10ms - but at least I can continue my online character progression.

I'll switch back to the Seoul server once they are back online an stable :)
