I have a GOG copy and tried to contact the devs but got no answers
So almost 3 weeks ago i posted this on reddit: https://www.reddit.com/r/Wolcen/comments/f59rs8/so_some_of_us_got_screwd_over_and_no_one_is/ For those who dont want to read the post avobe, the problem was that i bought the game early on gog, i had the receipt and everything and since they pulled the game from that storefront i was expecting a key or some kind of compensation. I say, in that post, that I tried to contact the devs through several means and i got no response. I did read your recommendations and i tried to contact the mail you provided me on there, now, 3 weeks after sending it and a week after sending a second one to be sure she received the first one, i still havent got any response. Its been almost a full month since i sent a ticket to support, and 3 weeks since i did what you told me and tried to contact their CM through email, i also tried to contact through discord and post it on here, but i got no response from devs, the support team or the CMs on any of the channels i tried to open with them. Again, i can understand that the game has had a lot of traffic the first weeks, but what i find unacceptable is that a full month later i have not gotten any responses from my tickets to support, nor from the CM, from nowhere really. If the game was that successful and it had a lot of problems they should have opened more channels for support to help with the problems, or they should have hired more people at least, i decided to support the game early on gog when it was nowhere near as popular and what i got was my copy of the game not being updated because it was pulled from gog and when i tried to contact them to solve the problem ive had to wait for almost a month to not get any answers as of now. Thats why i write on here, because i, hoping i can get an answer at least on the forums.
Can anyone on the staff answer this, its been more than one month
