Got kicked from a game earlier, when i got back online, after some connection timeouts, my chest items, skins and colors are gone. Tried several login and logout`s, but it doesn't change anything

They've said the data still exists and relogging multiple times will eventually fix the issue.

Reloading worked
!!! BUT !!!
I did not realise my colors and skins were gone so i activated a new color i dropped. and when i checked out my Outfit Tab. everything ways gone. a lot of uncommon and rare colors coupled with almost all the armor skins.......
What do i do now? Is this irrevertible? Reloading and restarting does not work.
Edit: i had a 2nd wipe, so i ahve 0 outfits now and 0 colors. And my offline character also lost everything

In Online-Mode:
I experience still the same after more than 12 hours...
Well, I did not activate any new skins or colors, but i still missing my old setup.
The chest items are back and the login work fine and fast, so it don't seem that there is an overload atm, but my stuff won't show up correctly :/
