I'm having the same issue and I also do not have issues with other online games. Please fix it.

Same thing happening here. Its becoming VERY frustrating. I'm trying so hard to deal with it bc this game has so much potential, but dang this is getting tough.

I beat the whole campaign with melee 2 hand and had no issues with not being able to "hit" enemies. I did notice that when it put me on servers further away from US East, that there would be considerable delay between me attacking, and the actual damage being applied (about a half second delay, but weirdly no drop in latency, and no drop in FPS, but definitely server related) I also tend to rubber band backward a lot when shield charging long distances that uses up all my rage, it will rubber band me back to where the charge would normally go to if it wasn't held down

TLDR: try your hardest (I know servers are shit and it doesnt always place you in your preferred area) to get to a server close to you, because their servers are currently dogshit

I played in the nearest server. When i played solo in a private server i had no issues. The moment we logged with a friend is when these issues appeared. Thing is: i wanted this game for the coop and not for solo and thats why i said i m going for the refund if these issues persist, i m sure valve will understand, just like Sony understood with Anthem on its shit release.
Im going to give it a day or two and i hope it gets resolved.
