Can you give us an approximatelly fix in offline reset progress??When i make a new character and exit the game,when i enter i still loose the character like i have never create it.Can you please inform us about this too?

The same happens to me. I can not play online and offline the character disappears. I do not know what to do now.

Hey i had same problem but find fix for it. Problem was wrong Account name (polish letter "Ł") so you need to change this. Just follow this article, and dont worry this work on windows 10 too.

I had the same problem but i also did an update and not a full delete/reinstall.
After i deleted the game and reinstalled, everything seems to work,
I have now completed act III and never saw any problem after full reinstall.
I think i even saw that they suggested fully reinstall to avoid bugs so i did and it helped.
