Issue in game : fps diminution in some situations (e.g places where there are many NPC).

Explanation : Fps drop to 20 in particular situations and this happens with both very high and low quality graphism. The CPU is only used for 15%, the GPU for 50% and RAM for 45%. With this informations i can tell it's not an issue due to my machine.

PS : loading time after selecting a character in the start menu is way to long.
