Same here. They got lost 2 days ago and I relogged often... I mean very very often. In the Character-Selection-Screen I still look as I looked before it happened, but ingame everything is gone (except the Skins I collected after the incident).

Would be great if you could at least offer some information about if you're able to restore this stuff or if it is "safe" to use new dyes, since I'm collecting all dyes now in the bank and don't want to touch reskinning my Character at the moment. I look like an idiot. ^^

Awaiting some official word on this as well... lost all collected skins and dyes yesterday :(
