We're finishing to fix the database issues caused by the amount of simultaneous connections,and we're making sure that all character data have been retrieved. We will most likely need a bit more time before we can bring back the servers online and we will give you an ETA asap.

Unfortunately it will take longer...

Worst part is that they have no idea what they're doing, so no idea how long it will take. They took on a task too large for the team. A server never needs over a day offline to apply updates/corrections. But, doing data mining to find errors and making code changes will take that long. Fixing bugs since they never had a proper beta.

They're basically finishing the development of the game right now. As a developer, I know that last bit can take the longest to get right. I wouldn't expect much for a while. You bought the game in hopes of being able to play sometime this month.
