There are 2 sets of skills in the unique helmet (Shadow Nova and Bulwark of Dawn) which each has chance to proc with Weakness and Cursed inflicted.
However, even though I have my attacks with above aliments, I see 2 problems so far, and I haven't seen others talking about it yet:

1) Shadow Nova never proc at all
2) Bulwark of Dawn does proc, but there is no healing effect or whatsoever

Can some help on this please ?
