The Game is Freezing my Comp and is poorly optimized for medium/lower end PCs

Hello I'm writing this because I think Wolcen is a fantastic Game with the potential to rival Diablo 4, POE 2, and even Grim Dawn and Last Epoch. Its to be expected that there is going to be bugs and problems with any games release thats not why I'm upset. I'm upset because my PC (AMD FXtm 4100 Quad Core 3.6, 8 gigs RAM, GTX 760) is having a hard time running the game just on the lowest settings. I know its not an Insane God mode PC but I can Run League of Legends Maxed and Get a Smooth 60-80 fps even in Teamfights. In this game I'm getting around 25 -50 fps depending on the area i'm in and how many mobs I'm fighting but this isn't the biggest problem. Besides the Stutter form the fps The Game Freezes my PC for about 30-40 secs and then resumes like nothing Happened (offline Mode) This happens about every 15-45 mins. If I'm playing in Online mode the same thing Happens but I get disconnected and returned to the main menu without fail. Please If Someone Reads this from the Dev Team Could you let me know If there are other People having this same issue and if you are working on a fix. Thank you and Thanks for Making a wonderful game I just wish I could enjoy it more.

facing the same issue, also posted but devs are probably busy, no respond from them.
someone told amd FX was the problem.
someone else have adjusted is virtual memory to 3gb for 16 gb of ram (I would have dropped 24gb rather than 3 but it was set to 1.6 before and say it work).

in my case had virtual memory set to 8 gb for 8 gb of ram and set it to 12gb(write 12288 as max and recommended as min) as tutorial says to do. I think it need this space on hard drive so it's somewhat lost space for performance.

Haven't tested yet cuz I'm keeping my 11 minutes of play time for refund and game testing, not passing hard time waiting the game resume...
