I completely agree, If you don't have a dedicated community manager please get one for the Wolcen team. So many games have failed in the past simply due to lack of communication with their community. If you have a community manager please pass the current issues to him or her and a rough time frame for the fix so they can keep the community informed. It's so easy for a community to want to throw in a towel and mass refund because of lack of communication. Being that I'm enjoying the game so far I would hate for this game to fail before it has really even started.

Its been posted on Twitter that they're trying to resolve the issues of the servers going down and they believe that the servers will be brought back to life soon. I'm sure they are trying they're best to get things back up and running its mainly because the influx of players since launch.

Good to know, I'll need to bookmark the twitter. The issue doesn't need to be addressed as in a why or how it happened to be honest, that is the company's business. Just communication letting the community know that an issue has taken place and they are working on resolving it which sounds like it has been done.

But this burger need to be proper made . Burger need to have proper stuff inside and right now i see we have burger without meat inside.

PS. Anyway i am not hungry so i can wait a bit longer for this game.... I go sleep waste of night. You all should do the same , let them sort problems out. Logging every single second will for sure not help.

What about those of us that don't use Twatter? How are we supposed to get these updates, without having to sign-up for that toxic platform? You'd think they'd post something on this site...
