Purchased the game a few days ago and i have never been able to create an online game, always get unable to create game error.
is there anything i'm doing wrong? i would love to enjoy the game with friends online... working on an offline character feels like wasted time since i can't use it online... any help would be appreciated

Hi Kelemvar!
Have you tried changing the server you are currently logged on ? This might fix your problem.
If not, go offline, open the settings via the cogwheel, go to Network settings, and "Select your region", then go back online.

trying it now, i'll list a step by step of what i am doing
1- open game (online mode) currently on Auto setting for server, triying to create a game online private(fresh lvl 1 need tutorial) unable to create
2- go offline mode , switch to canada server, go back online attempt to create game with same lvl 1 fresh character online mode private game. no success
3- go offline mode, switch to US-East Ohio server, go back online attempt to create with previous character, once again no success.
4- switched to Auto server while not going offline, still unable to create a game.
5- trying with public game in case it changes anything, was in queue for 25~ seconds then toggled to creating game and failed once again

As mentioned on the post above/below, we do not seem to have any problems regarding our US/Canada servers.
Could you please check if your firewall is, by any chance, blocking something ? (You can try to deactivate it, then try to go online)

i was eventually able to create a game on the west coast servers, ping ain't super but its working
not 100% sure what was wrong but its worling so.. cheers and thanks for the help
