So in a 5 hour gaming session I have had 4 times when the game simply crashes, not to desktop but freezes and when checking Task Manager it is Not responding, leave it a minute and then it resets the game back to the original load screen so whatever exped / manadate / treasure map I was running is lost together with any gold and of course my time is lost.

You took our money and we expected a reasonable product, what we have is not reasonable it is broken badly.
