I bought the game last year but I still have low fps in this game, even in low graphic, 50 fps max

Intel Core i7 7700HQ
Freq proc :
De 2.8 GHz à 3.8 GHz

It s a laptop, I m not good in computer and technology. My computer is too weak? If I watch benchmark it's seems good
